They never answer the phone!!!!!
Tried so many times the longest being on hold for an hour and a half!!!!

Can’t ever get through on the phone. I have been trying for over a week now. It’s infuriating as a patient. This line needs to be updated as its clear there is no one to take your call…..ever.

Can't get through via phone, been on hold for almost an hour and they also don't email back. Just brilliant. If anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Never answer the phone after an hour on hold. Bating in mind you can’t walk in right now this is a joke.

no but this clinic NEVER answers the phone. i’ve tried on two occasions to get birth control MONTHS apart and their lines are always delayed and busy …very frustrating and disappointing service advertised. If people cannot get through to you please advertise that people can call the rubin clinic in dartford and get themselves an appointment booked in maidstone as they actually answer the phone in the dartford clinic! FIX THIS PLEASE

They were amazingly fast to give me an appointment and everything went well at the clinic too. I went there to have my IUD removed, it was super quick and painless.

I am very happy from the service of the clinic. Everyone is very kind and supportive. I am high recommending doctor Izabell. Excellent expert, explaining everything very well and she is very kind person. A huge thank you for all the support which I recived from her!
