Private Physiotherapy at West Herts Therapy Unit

The stuff are rude, patronising and unaccommodating and have complete disregard for patients time or the difficulties they face getting to the remote location. They have on my first visit got my measurements wrong and as a consequence I have been suffering with severe back pains

Refered here after a herniated disc. I can't give 6 stars or I would. Extremely helpful staff, sparklingly clean and very Covid friendly. Parking onsite and outside when busy. My physio was an absolute legend, you deserve a trophy Matt🏆 He got me back on track and fitter than I've been for nearly a year. Thank you so much.

The staff are very helpful and patient. We are lucky to have a free health service to provide this level of care. Easy to drive to. Parking is limited.

Awful to get on phone. Can't make an appointment due to ill health and cannot inform them. Probably won't get a replacement appointment because " I didn't inform them" even though I've not stopped calling ! Anxious about even going now if this is their service example.

Have had four sets of Insoles Made and all of them are wrong. They’re cheap and nasty since the private company took it over. I’ve had to put it hold But will follow up with a complaint. I’m just not well enough at the moment.
