Terrible to get a hold of. My friend has been trying for the past month to get a call back to start seeing someone, but no one calls back. If you call them, all you get is the answer machine. Poor poor service!

They can’t tell the difference between someone who needs to see a psychologist and someone who needs to see a ‘glorified’ HCA. They attend a 6 week course at university and then work on the frontlines of mental health in the NHS in the UK. Just to ask you to fill in the most basic questionnaires which take up 15 minutes of a 50 min appointment. And then the person you see stares at you dumbstruck whenever you ask them something, because their 6 week course didn’t tell them how to respond. Avoid like the plague, unless you want to end up worse than when you first began, because you feel like no one can ever make you feel better. Great job guys, you really are making a difference to the world! 👏🏼
