Had my operation here last month and was blown away by the kindness caring and compassionate staff and my superb consultant and his team. After months of chronic pain and faced with the alternative NHS mega long waiting lists I was all done and dusted within 4 weeks that's from my 1st consultation, diagnosis and tests, operation and start of my physio rehabilitation AMAZING. The hospital is uber clean and the refurbished rooms are top class feels like a hotel rather than a clinical room. Everyone has a can do attitude and very professional. Nothing was a problem. Totally recommend this Circle Healthcare Hospital. Thank you.

After misplacing my bloods from my pre op and having to travel from East London to have them taken again, my hopes for this hospital were low. My intuition did not fail me!
The surgeon was phenomenal as was his co doctor however, the lack of bedside manner, empathy and social skills from the nurses on the ward were shocking. Throughout the non existent ‘aftercare’, I found them to be very uninformative; no one seemed to know when I was being discharged or why there was once again a delay with my bloods. On final discharge (4 hours after they had suggested my partner collect me), I was sent to the pharmacy to collect my medication, they had not been informed to get the medicine ready. I was provided with 2 forms of opioid with no instruction on what to take or when. I had not been shown how to administer the blood thinner injections or provided with suitable disposable facilities for the injections.
After my experience I will be avoiding the Runneymead at all costs for any future medical needs.

I have been dealing with an ongoing condition for quite some time and have been referred to dr. Trickett at Runnymede Hospital through a Private Insurer. Following my first consultation here, I’ve been scheduled for further surgery under full anaesthetic. During my very short stay at the hospital all my experiences were very good: from the pre-op personnel to the specialist’s visits and to the nurses who looked after me until I was let go home – everyone was considerate, professional and kind.

My surgery went very well and then I just had to deal with weeks of recovery. I’ve been assisted all along the way by an amazing nurse, Mrs. Raquel whose recovery approach and kindness have made all this experience so much better. Things went smooth and pain free. And I felt I could reach out any moment for any problem that would arise. I am now in the last stages of my recovery. I cannot express in words all my gratitude towards her. I feel that she has improved my life’s quality so much at this delicate point. So, I just wanted to give my thanks again! I would recommend her to anyone any day.

Thumbs up for Matt Saayman, physiotherapist, who has been guiding my rehabilitation. He absolutely is the best professional in his field. After a major ski injury and a following successful operation in Runnymede hospital (by Mr Hassan), he managed to get me back on my feet with his intense but well programmed therapy within 3 months and I was 90% recovered within 6 months while a year was given for this very complex injury. Besides the physical therapy, Matt did a fab job keeping my spirit up, motivating me to do the very best and cheer me when it wasn't going so well. Thanks to him I kept motivated to progress and to follow training instructions all the way.

I was a patient at the Runnymede at the beginning of September and I would like to thank all the staff that were involved in my pathway as a patient. The departments that I came into contact with were so friendly and professional. I really appreciated their care and support, but ultimately I felt safe in their professional hands. So I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff that cared for me, you are all a credit to your profession.

I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!

Came in today for a consultation. The only reason why I’m rating it as 2 stars is because an assistant nurse at the front desk kept coughing so badly! how are you preventing the spread of covid 19 and respiratory illnesses if your members of staff are coughing so badly without a mask on!!! Poor hygiene.. sometimes its better to stay at home if you’re not feeling well, especially if you work at a hospital with vulnerable patients around.

Brilliant professional care. From hospitality staff through to nurses and consultant. If a hospital stay could be classed as pleasurable, mine was perfect. I had knee surgery in November 2021 and my care was perfect. All staff from the person who bought me my peppermint tea in the morning to the nurses who looked after me. My consultant paid me a visit every day as did the physio team. I would highly recommend The BMI at Runnymede for excellent care.
