I would like to say that the nurse who visited me on Tuesday morning for the removal of my catheter for a trial period, and again the next day to insert another catheter when the trial failed, and I was in much pain from a full bladder, carried out her work with much less pain than I had experienced twice at Aylsham. Not only was she good at her work, but I found also that she had a nice, cheerful personality that was much appreciated.
