Absoluetely appallingly treatment from this place as the receptionists are foul and the treatment from the out of hours service I received was appallingly as well as I was spoken to rudely by one Of The nurses there when I was frightened and had called them for help as I was told that my problem was something I had to put up with which was most rude and unprofessional!

Lesson learned I will never come here again unless there's no other options and problems can't wait until the surgery opens and it's a disgrace as they are there To Help you not be rude to you! It's not nice being spoken to in a rude way when you are frightened and sick and don't know what to do for the best and I didn't like to bother a and e as they get very busy so that seemed the best option as I was frightened and then they were rude to me!

Always awful experience with this clinic! They ask you to call at 8:30 if you want to make an appointment but they never answer the phone that time which make it impossible to make an appointment by phone!
Today I took a day off work and took my daughter off nursery just to be told that my appointment was cancelled without even a notice . and the receptionist was lying first she said we sent you a letter to inform you I said I havent received any letter and after that she said the nurse was unwell! just any excuse to justify their bad service but not a single apology..So negligent and rude !

Great to have an out of hours service. But to sit and watch people get seen before you when you feel so bad and have to wait over an hour for appointment I can not help but feel the system could be improved. I do understand that people are seen based on priority. But if it's that bad why aren't they down A and E. Would be good to keep the appointment times in my opinion. I could have been at home resting for the time I had to wait.

My 94 year old father attended an appointment in the Podiatry dept and was seen by a lady called Helen on 11th February 2019. He was utterly delighted with the service, almost instantly seen and was treated with patience, respect and the utmost professionalism. Thank you very much.

I had to go on Christmas Day to out of hours. The dr I saw was really nice. He was so helpful and very compassionate. The nicest dr I have seen in such a long time, he even had the medication I needed there to issue straight away. (Because the pharmacy was closed) I am so thankful that they were able to help me and see me that day as I was really unwell.

Very efficient out-of-hours GP service but you will need a booked appointment via NHS 111. It is not a walk-in service.

After reading quite a few bad reviews I was very sceptic about my appointment but all the staff and esp the nurse who removed my implant were amazing!
It turns out my implant was put in the wrong place and was in an awkward angle but the nurse was lovely she kept me chatting through the procedure and made me feel very calm!
Thank you 😊
