Llandudno General Hospital

Went to Llandudno General today as the waiting time was less than my local hospital Glan Clwyd. Absolutely fabulous in there. Everyone I was seen by was extremely polite, helpful and very apologetic about waiting time. I waited about an hour for an xray with Julie and then another hour to see Dr Christina. All in all was a brilliant experience, hospital was lovely and clean and the staff should be proud of the way they treat patients.

Despite clearly being under enormous pressure, the staff I encountered today at the Minor Injuries Unit could not have been kinder or more professional. We hear horror stories about waiting times but 4 hours from start to finish was brilliant. Thank you to you all. You're doing a great job in difficult circumstances.

I visit every 8 weeks for treatment in the tudno ward IV unit. What a great team of nurses and support staff they are. Would never want to go anywhere else now.

I visited the Minor Injuries Department this week after damaging my wrist in a fall. From start to finish I experienced the most friendly and professional staff I have ever encountered in any hospital. Thank you so much for the for the care and consideration you gave to me.

My name is Stephen waring and I had the unfortunate task of having to come here today. Because of an injury I suffered IE a broken toe and a split in my toe also from the moment I arrived the care I received was second to none from the receptionist to the nurses and X-ray staff they really looked after me very well stitched me up and sent me on my way this service must be a god send to Llandudno and surrounding areas really appreciate what you all did for me many thanks once again forever grateful Steve waring

I went to Llandudno Hospital when I got bitten by a dog, and I really liked it there. The nurses were really calming and friendly and I felt at ease when getting treatment. This is a great little hospital for minor injuries.

My mum went to Llandudno hospital when a dog bit her upper lip, can't fault the healthcare.
