Pretty decent large hut, good facilities and drying room. Rather strange that there aren't any foam mattresses or anything

Great to see the mill being so well cared for. Good time had in the mountains, with good Welsh weather - Gales & heavy squally rain! 🤪

Great hostel for a few nights stay in North Wales. Warm, clean and dry and a short walk from Bethesda's shops and pubs. Geared up for scout groups, but good for smaller groups too.

We went for a four night stay in July 22 as our scout group climbed Snowdon and various other activities around North Wales. Brilliant location, not to far from everything. The hostel it's self was great for what we wanted. Really impressed with the recent upgrades, new windows, electrics (lots of usbs plugs), great drying room. Not really much to say as a con. Maybe the fridge could have been bigger and possibly a shelter outside so the Scouts can hang around somewhere apart from their rooms. The Scouts loved the Alpine beds. Thanks for a great stay and we'll definitely come back in the future. Thanks. 5th High Wycombe Scouts.

10 of us stayed mid August for a week, what a fantastic time we had! 7 adults and 3 teenagers. really comfortable accommodation with a great kitchen area and plenty of space. drying room works a treat. the location is hard to beat. most of the adults had stayed before many times over the last 35 years, and the improvements have made a real difference. we will definitely be back.

Fantastic accommodation for groups wanting to explore the North Wales countryside.
Easy access to Snowdonia National park and plenty of surrounding walks/hikes.
Excellent facilities including kitchen, sleeping and dining areas. The drying room is invaluable considering the 'reliable' Welsh weather.
