Had a problem with our hot-tub where the bar was bent due to the weight of the lid. Jen was very helpful and knowledgable and understood our situation completely, she also provided some very clear detail technical advice (thanks Jen).
Secondly we have just had our first drain and refill. Brian turned up what a credit to the company. Nothing was too much for him. Top service from day one from all departments.

When the hot tub was installed and we were given a demo of it working and that's when i noticed the waterfall was struggling to pump water out let alone represent anything like what Coast Spa advertise. It turns out this was a known fault which we hadn't been advised of at the point we purchased it. We followed up with the office and they told us Coast Spa were working on an new part which would sort this out and was given a lead time of 2 to 3 months. The time came and went but i hadn't heard anything back from Hot Tubs at Home so I called and after they followed up with Coast Spa I was told the part had been made and it was just going through quality testing so all going well it should be shipped in a couple of months. Again, the couple of months past so I called Hot Tubs at Home and i was told some one would call back with an update which they didn't so i had to chase again. Eventually I was told they don't know whats happening as they're waiting for an update from Coast Spa!
Its now been nearly 3 months since i last heard off of Hot Tubs at Home and we're still none the wiser when this is going to be fixed nearly a year after it was installed. I understand that the pandemic has caused problems logistically across the world for lots of businesses but from what i understand Coast Spa are still shipping new tubs so shouldn't have a problem shipping a new part. The other frustrating part is after spending over £20,000 on a hot tub never once has anyone from Hot Tubs at Home called me to give me an update, its always been me chasing to find out any update.
