A clean hotel, nice spacious lobby area situated in different parts of the hotel if you want some privacy with a homely feel. Clean room, comfy bed and a decent hot breakfast. The fish and chips was really good. Location is good, situated close to the retail park and a short drive to kings lynn town centre if you want to check out the sites and read up on its history

Very nice, will be back long weekend. Rooms are clean and offer all you need, not sure why the radiator was on in a heatwave. Parents stayed too but had very noisy neighbours.

Ok hotel let down by receptionist. Evening receptionist was focused on their personal phone call and chatting to the barman about their wedding and selling their house. No interest in me as a guest checking in. No information offered about the hotel and when I asked them to book a taxi I was given a scrap of paper. Rest was ok. No aircon in the room and a bit stuffy and noisy with window open. Virtually no storage or wardrobe space either, but breakfast fine, parking easy, morning staff friendly.

The hotel is very good and the staff member was very welcoming 🙏! The morning staff were pretty much good. The only down side was that my wife is always cold 🥶 and she had forgotten her hot water bottle. So I requested for an extra blanket, and they did not have a spare one 🙃.

We were booked here for a coach trip holiday, we weren't allowed meals off the regular menu (which looked lovely) instead we were given budget sausages, frozen mash and extra value mixed veg. They ran out of rolls for soup so we were given a single slice of bread. The evening meal the next day said gammon but was clearly bacon, small portions and we were given our meals on smaller plates. Dessert was equally tiny. The only decent thing was breakfast as it was self serve, otherwise I'd have starved. Hotel was clean enough and the staff were lovely. A local cafe explained that it is common knowledge locally that the hotel is poor.
If you're after a bed for the night, and you're allowed to eat if the normal menu its more than fine, but not good for a costly luxury holiday booking. A lot of the guests booked through this option were equally disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and well presented. Decorated beautifully for the season with real Christmas trees🎄 lovely food an all-around great experience. Thanks everyone ☺️

Stayed for one night and although a comfy bed the electric radiator flahed from its lcd control panel all night, kept me awake. Great shower, nice room, just the flashing heater. Fab breakfast with great service.

Can't comment on accommodation but think parents thought it ok, after sorting a room on ground floor as requested at booking. But restaurant was awful. Food burnt, cold, not as menu. Half menu seemed unavailable including all pizzas. Had burgers but no buns. Come on, Sainsburys virtually opposite, better than bad reviews surely. Disabled toilet, no light handwash or towels. When reported was then out of order. Really helpful. Looked festive but that's about it. Would not go again.
