The rooms were impeccable and the atmosphere was lovely throughout
The comfiest Hotel beds I have ever slept in
The only thing that was a draw for me on location is that there is no way to walk out of the site, as you have to cross a busy roundabout that has no pedestrian walkways. I'm aware this isn't something they can control but it would have been nice to know in advance as it makes public transport inaccessible

Very tired. The rooms need to be refurbished. Lighting in the room was so dark. Only one lamp stuck to the wall. For the price I was expecting the rooms to look like the pictures. They put us on the ground floor by the housekeeping storage. Woke up at around 8am by housekeeping shouting to each other down the corridor and the noise continued. No water in the rooms, the evening receptionist joked we should drink from the taps in the room. (Bathroom taps). Breakfast was pleasant and breakfast staff were friendly. Free car parking

Very friendly and helpful staff during check-in, breakfast and check-out! The bed was so comfortable we started wondering if it fits into my purse, very quiet during the night and breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Would highly recommend!

Roomy air conditioned room an absolute God send during a recent heatwave. Good value for money and ideally situated. Only downside was that breakfast was unavailable one morning due to staffing issues and was retrospectively fined for having my hire car in carpark, which was cleared up with one phone call.

Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review as my reservation was cancelled by the hotel via email, with zero explanation, 3 HOURS before I was due to check in!!! I'd made the booking nearly a month in advance and they wait until I'm literally on my way to the hotel on the train from Suffolk to email me and cancel the booking!!!! Wouldn't book here again if it was free!!

Absolutely disgusting that you would close your services to the public in order to shelter asylum seekers. You should be bloody ashamed of yourselves when there's thousands of homeless in our own country. Absolutely disgusting behaviour putting foreigners up in 4* hotels while our own citizens face a cost of living crisis and can't afford to heat their homes!!!
Hope you go out of business for betraying the British public.

Would rather take tax payers money to house fighting age economic male migrants than paying guests.
Also i wonder why since about 2 months ago this hotel has received 5 star reviews with no comments all from similar people..... hmmmmm

Use to stay a lot, but suddenly I can't book here anymore!!! So I drove here to speak to someone. On arrival I found strange temporary barriers and cones over the entrance to the carpark, with a guy sat in the dark who seemed to be guarding the entrance, all very strange. The hotel has lights on and activity inside despite this. This hotels location was great for me so I often used it. I just don't know what's going on here now. I checked in Nov and Dec 2022 and now in Jan 2023, nothing has changed here. I guess will have to just give up on this place.
