Great experience with friendly staff and excellent service. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. A short walk away from the railway station made this an ideal place to stay. Good value for money too.

Ideal location for my needs, right price. Room clean, tidy, good bed, hot shower. Plenty of car parking.
Sadly down side, check in desk un staffed. When staff member eventually arrived sadly not a very pleasant individual. Definitely was at front of queue when bad attitude was handed out, and they took a double portion.

Had a two night stay but no one cleaned room after 1st night which I found strange. Did not eat there as I'm a celiac and all they do is remove the bun

Used this premier inn several times recently and can recommend it. Great location for Stevenage, leisure centre just 5 mins walk, town centre 10-15.
Comfortable beds etc. Food is fine too, cooked to order - so recommend the meal deal(2 course evening meal, a drink and cooked breakfast for 24.99)
But it’s staff that make it special. So helpful, so friendly all of them. Georgina, Laura, Paul just to name 3 whom we got to know more than the others. We’ll learn the others’ names next time!😀

I have paid for the “ultimate” internet and it’s an absolute waste of money but you don’t really have a choice because the free one is even whiter and you don’t have proper 4G/5G Signal in the rooms. The speed of the "ultimate" internet when it actually works is about 8 Mbps, what’s so ultimate about that? I personally did not encounter these speeds for more than 20 years mind you you get those speeds when it actually works and you’re not faffing around trying to get it working. It’s a shame you can just name something substandard like that ultimate.
The staff are really helpful and everything is clean.

It's a decent Premier Inn, one of the few where the staff are still polite and friendly and it feels like they care.
The rooms are decent, standard fair for a Premier Inn, but they aren't the newest rooms.
The location is perfect if you're visiting the Wine Society for dinner.

My family and I booked into the Premier Inn on 16 December for two nights. We had to extend our stay for a further two nights. Staff were amazing, a special thank you to Georgina who went that extra mile for us. Food was great and rooms were very clean.

Super comfortable beds, very quiet. Clean rooms. Room 124 was big with a 3rd seat /single bed.
Good shower. Tea and coffee facilities too..
Bar area is adequate but not very loungable.. Reasonably priced.
The only annoyance was ordering a biwn of soup and it took 30mins to arrive!.. They may have been short staffed.
