Hampton by Hilton London Stansted Airport

Stayed here twice, before and after covid pandemic, nothing has changed, the hotel keeps doing well and giving nice experiences. Will definitely stay here again in the future if any early flight to catch. Clean and modern rooms with great soundproof, friendly staffs and a perfect location for late night arrival / early morning flight—literally 5 min walk to the airport.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight from Stansted. An easy walk to and from the terminal under a covered walkway. The hotel is clean and well appointed for the traveler. Most impressive was the staff and their hospitality. They were all so friendly and helpful. Really impressed with this hotel. It was a nice kick off for our vacation.

We stayed at the hotel because our flight left early morning. Our room was spacious, the bathroom as well. Shower gel and shampoo were available. A/C working well with temperature easily adjustable.
The restaurant offers a reasonable choice of food. The breakfast buffet has the usual fare and is ok for a one night stay.

Great hotel to stay at with comfortable rooms and right near the airport exit.
The staff is lovely and there's a great range of food available at breakfast. Besides this, the breakfast starts at 4am, which is great for late night workers.
I only wished there's more options on offer for lunch and dinner and also that there would be extra clothing for bed as I'm always cold at night.

Stayed here for one night and we really can't complain. We had a minor problem with the check-in and the receptionist but the rest was fine. Room for 3 people was more than big enough. Breakfast was very good for a 3star-hotel. After we checked out, we were also able to stay in the lounge whilst waiting for our flight.

Great location for the airport. Short walk 10 mins or so with lifts for accessibility. Parking is available but gets quite full and is around £20 per day. Access for driving is easy Hotel itself is nice as you would expect from a Hilton. Rooms are fine. Breakfast was really good and a buffet style. Full English, continental, fruits, cereals and waffles.

Stayed here for 3 weeks for work. The rooms are okay, not big nor small. Comfortable for a solo person or couple. The showers are good and has a Decent fitness suite for those who use them.the rooms heating was good and could control it from the comfort of your bed. That's where the good points end and the not so good ones start.

Issues:
1. The pillows- the pillows are shocking I had to use all 4 on the bed to even attempt to get to sleep and even then it felt like I was laying on paper-thin pillows.
2. The food- I spent a few days eating in the hotel and it was okay however the options were either, curry, pasta, pizza or a burger. And after 4 days your just recycling those options. Breakfast was hit and miss on the temperatures some days maybe hit other days warm. But they di allow you to make your own waffles which was good. But you can get decent options on just eat and a couple of choices in the terminal.

Drinks- drinks were okay but felt a bit attacked at £6 a pint.

The only plus side is Joe who always goes that extra mile to make people smile and knows the job inside and out. Always chatty and welcoming
