Premier Inn Harlow East (Church Langley) hotel

Excellent hotel and lovely staff. Very clean and full size deep bath....and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Other places may be slightly cheaper but it is worth paying the extra in my opinion. Food next door was also good.

Great standard accommodation - still very new, comfortable and has the new smell!

Quiet, easy location for my work and for breakfast at the pub next door. Good value.

Courteous service on reception, but not much interaction required as the system is very slick!

Clean and well kept room. Staff at front desk very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast time was bit hectic as there were a lot of guests and not enough cooked food on the bar. People then had to wait in a queue. Nothing new for the Brits to waiting in a queue

Room not ready on arrival but quickly rectified back at reception. Staff apologetic and offered complimentary breakfast for one morning of our four day stay which we accepted with gratitude.
Hotel fairly new with comfortable room and a bed that almost cuddles you.
Will certainly return in the future. Special shout out to Jay who was a true professional.

Really good hotel, stayed here when i came back to harlow to visit some family and friends.

Really clean hotel with comfortable beds, the only complaint I had is that the only time I saw a member of staff was when I was checking in. Rang the buzzer a few times at reception and no one answered, not really that concerned as I was just enquiring about something that wasnt really important but still, even when I left the hotel for the day and came back I never saw a single member of staff other than the housekeeping team who were really nice and friendly.

Would stay here again.

Really nice, modern, comfortable hotel, with lovely staff. Enjoyed my stay, and really liked the bed. Good AC as well. Only £65 or so a night.

I love coming here with my family, as it brings back nostalgic memories of living around here. Lovely rooms and staff who will always welcome us. I would love to thank the kind gentleman who helped me with my heavy suitcases aswell. Lovely place to take family and kids as the noise level is always low so you don't have to worry about getting your sleep in.

Hotel is lovely a clean. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Great customer service. Only disappointment was we couldn’t have the cooked breakfast because the chef was ill but we had continental which was plentiful and they refunded us the different in price. Would definitely stay again.
