We have stayed at this hotel a few times as we have children living in London we find the rooms comfy and quiet in particular the beds. It would be good if they had a small fridge in the room if you wanted to keep the odd milk as we aren't fans of the container milk cartons. The service is generally very good. The parking is underneath the hotel and is charged by number plate recognition so you are only charged for the hours your vehicle is actually parked which in our case was £15 . It was disappointing to have to pay £12.95 extra per person for breakfast as the first time we stayed it was included. Overall we would stay there again.

My first experience at Holiday Inn was a very positive one, so much so that I changed my mind about an alternative accommodation (in order to save money) and returned to the same hotel to effectively extend my stay.

Staff were superb throughout. All brought their own personality so I didn’t feel like I was being served by too highly trained robots. However, everyone was 100% professional.

My only minor criticism, which may be due to the area’s likely typical clientele (football and pop / rock music fans because it’s near Wembley Stadium), is the food. Too bland and pub-like for a hotel. The cooking was generally very good but I get the impression the chefs are using a few cheaper ingredients in their all day menu where better quality should be the norm, and I think they have to hold back the spices to cater to old fashioned tastes. I’d suggest management look into that but they’d probably get complaints from the kids and the older football fans. So, maybe keep the pub options but allow for a few fussy faces like me! ;)

Exterior needs a little re-paint or something to update it, but it’s relatively unimportant! Great people, comfortable bed, nice shower, clean water, etc. - the important stuff, so I’d stay again.

P.S. Special thank you to Sheenal for my initial late check-in after a disappointing experience at another hotel nearby. However, everyone was lovely - I can’t stress that enough.

The Hotel staff was excellent. All of them, the receptionists, cleaning staff and people working in the kitchen, were very friendly and helpful even late in the night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and delivered a broad variety. The only negative was the lack of cleanliness in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was clean but the carpet in the bedroom and hallway was dusty and dirty. Especially the area under the bed. There I found plenty of dust mice and hair. The bedsheets seemed clean but the feeling of being in a dirty room didn't go away.
All in all I recommend staying in this hotel

Check in a tad slow although I was the only guest at the desk. I wasn't prompted about the car park but after I mentioned it my registration was noted. Large hotel with bonus of leisure facilities and excellent location for Wembley Stadium and Arena and London Designer Outlet is less than 5 minutes walk. Great for transport links. Comfortable stay, my mattress was a bit soft but the room was clean and bright. Good on site leisure facilities including pool, sauna and steam room at no extra charge. Swimming pool windows should be frosted or tinted as people smoking outside could clearly view guests and children using the pool. Our stay included full breakfast and we paid 15.00 for the underground car park which could be brighter but was adequate. All things considered I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Awesome value for money. I booked this hotel spontaneously during the COVID situation. The staff were so polite and accommodating speaking to them on the phone beforehand. The room was very clean and very comfortable - the bed in our superior room was a mile wide - I collapsed after a long day and had a deep, refreshing sleep. In our home we only have a shower so we took advantage of a lovely bath and enjoyed a long soak.
We have a car and the car parking was fairly priced and very convenient. It is on site and underground - you can drive in, check in then sweep round in to the garage. Do watch out during busy traffic the turn in could be easily missed.
In short - I would highly recommend this place - enjoy your stay!

I was there for a week doing a course and I can say that is one of the ugliest Holiday Inn hotel. At the reception area the general staff looked very lazy and one of the them was rude to my colleague.

Very rude staff and a very run down hotel. I would skip this hotel if you're staying near Wembley.

Awful place.
Checked into room in hotel on sat healthy!, i ordered a dodgey beef burger that i thought was pretty quick from room service so they may have reheated a stale one.
By sunday evening i started to get stomach ache and by monday all day i had vomited and went to the toilet over 7 times with horrible stomach pain. I had to call the ambulance who confirmed my suspicions of food poisoning.

The key here is the way i was treated. I wanted to pay cash for my booking when i checked out but with holding my stomach sophia the manager kept hounding me for the two days i spent even though i still had one more day to spend like i was going to run away through the window with my suitcase

Despite being sick and not being able to make any of my business meetings today waste of flight etc i even called to request hot water bottle as i was adviced by ambulance crew it may help the pain. Sophia kept shouting at me on the phone asking for payment, so insensitive i had to hang up the phone even after telling her continously to reduce her voice.

She was so rude and utter disgusting attitude. Even in my pain she was still saying she was sending people to my room to collect payment. HORRIBLE never ever ever will myself or family or loved ones ever stay here again.

She even declined me speaking to any other managers she claimed she was the only one.

Very bad service, i have stayed in hotels around the world mainly 4-5stars but i have never experienced such despicable behaviour from an hotel that boasts of great service.

Random men also allow themselves into your room.

Stay away from here if you love your life!
