Small and pricey for what it is, but it’s London. I was happy that the place was comfortable and clean, and compared to other budget hotels I stayed in (e.g. Ibis) I thought the service was exceptionally friendly. The location of this one is also great as it’s close to several Tube stops.

The only recommendation I have for improvement is to find a way to improve ventilation during the summer months, as the room got a bit humid and damp. Nonetheless I would probably stay here again.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Location is optimal between two tube stations on a quiet passage street. The room was perfect for one person, ultra modern and functional, extremely clean and well maintained with fresh smell and all the facilities you need. The bathroom was one of the cleaneast I've seen in a hotel. Felt very secured and quiet, the breakfast was also good and very affordable, overall was a great stay.

Hotel is in super good location and nice functional room even though room itself is small. Best for business trip !! However, the reception staff has no hospitality and attitude is so bad .. she does not even answer to my questions by pretending that she is not listening ..

This location is really small compared to other hotels in the same chain. This means that it feels much more cozy and intimate and not part of a gigantic chanin. It was nice to have a drink in the small bar area at the end of the day and have a little chat with the staff. Because it's small we got to know the entire crew and everyone who works here is charming. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Never waited more than a couple of seconds for the lifts. Because it's basically down an alley there is zero outside noise. I arrived at 11.00am and asked if I could leave luggage until check-in and they kindly let me check-in at 11.00am. I would defiantly stay here again.

Excellent stay for a week. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Awesome location in central London.
15 minutes walk to Tower of London and nearest station is Canon street and Bank station. So transportation is easily accessible.

Great option especially when travelling alone. Good bed and shower and everything you need. Friendly staff, good cheap breakfast.
Only big downside for me: No way to let fresh air into the room. You're basically breathing the same recycled air over and over. There is aircon but all it does is use the existing air. A small window to open would make this a 5 star review.

Perfect stay, service was great and the little details they could do for us for my birthday was amazing! The location is very convenient for the tubes with Cannon St and Bank stations within walking distance. We opted for the unlimited breakfast for £7pp and it was suitable for our early starts. Only minor thing we endured was the level of condensation in the room was so bad that the whole window was covered in condensation although we had the AC on max setting, hence the reason for the 4 stars. There's no way to open the windows. We opted for a bigger room based on previous Hub by Premier Inn experience.
