Stayed with friends couple of weekends ago. We paid £160 for the night so expected something at least clean.
The room was dirty, funny smell in the building, no toilet roll or towels.
We couldn’t get hold of anyone to let us in to the apartments as no one picked up the phone.
Finally got in.
The car park is small and would advise people not to park in here. Broken bollards litter the floor in this car park.

We stayed at the apartments as a group of 4.
Not a great start the car park wasn’t locked it was broken. The space allocated was taken. Tiny and no room for manoeuvre.
Getting in to the building was a bit of a nightmare. On arrival apartment looked ok if very small. On closer inspection there was dirty ear plugs in the bed and dust everywhere. I don’t think it had been hoovered. For a long time. Pretty sure the beds hadn’t been cleaned to find dirty ear plugs.
The shower was a nightmare trying to get the temperature as fluctuated between hot and cold. Only two towels left even though we were a booking of 4. Beds not comfortable.
The room was very hot which made it difficult to sleep and you could hear the noise from the street.
On leaving the car park it was so tight and broken bollards laying on the floor everywhere. While trying to reverse out of the car park the only way possible two folding bollards went under my car as they are installed on an incline and pointing down (which is incorrect installation) one flipped Under the car causing a lot of damage. I tried to call the apartments manager and no one answered. I whatsapped no one answered. I asked for cctv and liability insurance details and they refused. Then I received a message saying they would review it. A week later and they haven’t responded. They have ruined my car and caused me a lot of stress by just ignoring me and not communicating.

Great location, great studio rooms. Have stayed here a couple of times for work and will definitely stay again, reasonably priced and really easy to check in as all done in advance online so makes everything very flexible. Recommended.

The room was acceptable, nice decor, but cheap fixtures & fitting. Photos on the website slightly misleading with room size.
The apartments are well located, and I would consider using them again, but for £163/night, you would expect a shower to have a decent shower head. It was literally a cheap flimsy head, that due to positioning & despite adjustments, proved near impossible to have a shower in the conventional sense. Only really suitable for quick spray down.

So that was very disappointing, and for the room price- unacceptable.

Premium apartment was small & photos misleading - the apartment we got had a different layout & less spacious than the one pictured. Shower pressure was very poor and made it hard to shower properly.

The most frustrating thing though was the Co-working space advertised was exclusively booked out to corporate clients for the entirety of our stay! This was one of the key things we booked this place for & no warning or notice was given. An email at 8:30am left no time to find a suitable replacement. So beware that the Co-working space may not be usable to you.
I asked customer service to mention this on their website/listing but looks like they've failed to do so. Not good business practice at all.

Stayed on one of the top floors during summer, windows hardly opened and no AC, one fan was in the closet which we didn't see until the next day. Dryer didn't work very well.

Excellent location right in Clifton Hills. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I only stayed one night, but would have been comfortable with a longer stay.

We stayed in Your Apartment Clifton Village on our visit to Bristol. The place was very easy to find and the instructions to check-in were very straightforward. We appreciated the decor and the overall design and feel of the room we stayed in.

The location is also very good as there is a Tesco close by and if you walk a little bit more there is also a coop nearby.

For short-term stays i highly recommend Your Apartment but for long-term i don't think I can as their laundry machine and drying machine were not the best. It took us a whole day just to wash and dry a small batch of clothes.
