The best place to stay in oxford bar none.

Absolutely amazing for the price. Room was beyond clean, with no noise from other rooms, and the location could not be better. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My room (single with shared bathroom) was just £50 for the night, and it turns out I had the bathroom to myself anyway! The room also had a sink in the corner.

Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone I know.

Turl Street Mitre is in the center of Oxford, perfectly located on a quiet street just steps from the action on High Street. The iconic Radcliffe Camera is just one cobblestone street away! My room was large, clean, and with its own big, private bathroom. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and kind, and really made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Excellent value, priceless location.

Perfect location, helpful staff and lovely room. Value for money definitely. Only issue is in the summer it can get hot in the rooms as they don't have any air-conditioning. Also no TV which I believe is a must. Nevertheless, they looked after us and did everything they could to make our stay a good one.

The lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the buildings are beautiful. This has recently been renovated to a high standard and the rooms and en suite bathrooms are immaculate. The only let downs are that the TV in the room do not have an ariel and only connect to internet for television catch up services and although there was a lovely selection of tea left in our room - including peppermint, Earl Grey etc. there was no 'normal' tea at all. But these are very minor gripes for what was a great stay in one of the most centre of locations in the city! I would definitely return and stay in this same location again. 🙌

The hotel is in a perfect location, few steps from the centre of Oxford. The room was spacious with all the necessary for our stay. The bathroom was clean and with optimum shower. The receptionists were marvellous and prompt to help with any request.

Great location, friendly staff and newly refurbished rooms. With little extras like bathroom minis and a wide selection of coffee and tea. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location and rooms were very nice as it seems newly refurbished. No hair drier or TV, but minor complaint really.
