You could argue this hotel is in need of an update, the decor and furniture wouldn’t look out of place in the 1980’s. The bathroom tiles need a re grout, or a refit. All this being said, this hotel is clean, and a nice stay. The beds are comfy, the bedding fresh. The breakfast is much to be desired but not bad for the price point. We would stay again. Well done Best Western

Stay here due to a wedding taking place locally. They were extremely friendly and t. Allowing me to change before the wedding in a free room.
It was simple to find from the M5 just following the sign posts. Loads of space in the car park.
The room had typical coffee/tea making facilities and was perfectly adequate for a short stay.
Good quality breakfast with the typical hotel hot and cold selection. I had the cooked vegetarian options from the buffet and cereal.

The hotel has a few issues but the staff are lovely.
Stayed for a wedding (which was awesome!) Great food and service etc. but there were some issues with my room. It was an accessible, 'executive' room on the ground floor - no.71.
The TV just kept saying 'no service' and didn't work at all. The bed was seriously uncomfortable, the room way too hot (even with the fan on and the window open all night) and the bathroom fan was the noisiest I've ever heard.
Others in the party had no hot water for showers but at least mine worked. On the plus side, it was a walk-in shower with a seat which was very helpful. Plenty of hand rails although the one in the shower was very flimsy and bent alarmingly every time I gas to.lwan on it.
I reported the TV issue as soon as I arrived but it wasn't fixed while I was there.
I was told the place is under new management and they were trying to fix the problems they had inherited.
As I said, food was tasty and plentiful and everyone was lovely but I'll not hurry back.
I would have hated to spend two nights there, like some of my mates.... lucky escape!

Don't stay here, the worse hotel I have stayed in 24 years of being a coach tour operator. I have no words to say how awful it is. Can't say what's wrong with it as it would take to long. Only good point is is the staff in the restaurant & bar. They sincerely good to get another hotel where they will be appreciated.

Had free breakfast both nights when we stayed a few weeks ago, and it was lovely! Beds are comfortable and clean, staff are friendly, and would pay for the breakfast next time as it was really good and all you can eat.

Used the hotel whilst away for work. Very large room, clean and comfortable. Nice touch having bottled water and biscuits. Had food in the bar which was good quality. The staff were polite and friendly. Room was a great price

Inexpensive stay in a great location. The staff are all super friendly and efficient. The rooms are a little dated but clean and spacious.
Breakfast is overpriced, I opt to eat out rather.

Good food however left quite annoyed on my last visit. Place was empty and the young lad serving pounced to take my plate away literally as I was taking the last mouthful while declaring I'll fetch your bill. Said I wasn't ready for it but he was back with it 2 seconds later anyway. Ruined an otherwise enjoyable lunch
