Excellent gorgeous warm friendly room and fabulous breakfast. Lovely shower with nice touch of accessories. Massive thumbs up. X

We had a lovely evening here! We were staying at the campsite next door and visited for food and drinks. There's a really nice beer garden at the back with plenty of seating and a river at the end. The service and staff was spot on, we felt incredibly welcomed. Food was perfect and the final bill was very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Great takeout fish and chips, lovely friendly staff, great value drinks...staff were even able to find a pack of cards to play. Beautiful building and stunning beer garden.. shame it peed down the entire holiday. Still, everything was green and lush!

That’s a really lovely place with a big territory next to a mountain river. Ideal venue for weddings and celebrations. Nice family run hotel with very delicious food. Enjoy nice views and fresh air.

John and Hilary are the perfect hosts- so friendly and accommodating in a gorgeous hotel and beautiful accompanying grounds. The food is great and the rustic bar is delightful. The surrounding area is truly stunning- we would highly recommend a trip to the wash pools and wolfs leap for fresh water swimming. Thank you to John, Hilary, Halen and the girls for such a fun and relaxing stay- a really superb getaway!

We were staying at campsite next door, and booked for food, did not even seem to know it had been booked. Waited ages to come and take food order, found out things were not available, we booked because of certain non spicy foods, ie chicken, steak. Also only two burgers available. Portions were child size, and under cooked. Then waited ages for more drinks, will not be recommending

The best ever food, ales and service. A great honest hotel and local pub. Outstanding all round
