Great place. Local produce and drinks but still have a selection of more familiar stuff. Staff great. But my food was slow because they ran out of gas! But my steak was lovely when it came. I didn't stay so I can't comment on the accommodation. A great pub. Thanks guys x

Best pub we visited in Snowdonia! Awesome beers (IPA & pale ales were great). They also had loads of board games and a lovely beer garden outside. The man that seemed like the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

Really loved staying here with my family. Lovely spot, the hotel is traditional, such a change from the chain hotels in a good way, my room was only let down by a broken shower, but on the whole, the hotel is great. The service from the new owner is outstanding, knowledgeable, witty and loves an early start.
Recommend a stop, even if you are passing, and just have time to taste the great food and drink on offer!

Fantastic location with stunning views from the front. Friendly waitress/receptionist/bar person. The hotel is noisy because the beds are so close to the corridors and the kitchen staff were blasting music at 7am on a Sunday. Didn’t bother me that much, but if you wanted a good rest after a long days walk then oops.

The place has some charm, but it’s plastered in artex and could do with a subtle revamp to keep its charm.

Our walking party spent every night here after our days adventures. Very friendly staff.
Rather limited on menu and the specials board sold out quickly. When we did get food tho it was what I describe as proper pub grub (full plate) and assuredly all ingredients locally sourced and also reasonably priced.
Great selection of local craft ales, lagers and cider. Ideal location with plenty of parking and easily commutable from Siobad Longhouse where we stayed.

The rooms are ok. They do the job but not flash. However the service is great, the staff are all friendly and attentive.
The food is awesome. My family tried a good selection from the menu and it was all cooked perfectly and very tasty. The hotel has a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant.

I had an amazing stay, it had a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff are very friendly and have great local knowledge.
The breakfast was wonderful, just what you need before a long day of hiking.
They even dried my wet hiking gear everyday after a long day of hiking in the mountains.
I would highly recommend to staying here.

Had the great pleasure of having food/ Welsh real ale once again after walking up Snowdonia with 2 friends.
The food was delicious / lovely fresh vegetables especially the pepper sauce that came with my perfectly cooked steak ( could have just had a bowl of it... Bloody lovely). Great to visit again, a great thanks to the manager / very accommodating, good sense of humour with all customers.
Will be back in the near future.
