What a beautiful place to stay. Stayed overnight as part of a supercar convoy and unlike a lot of people they and the local community welcomed us with open arms. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are fabulous. They even provide bug spray as unfortunately it is an area with lots little flies but they don't hurt you. The views are an added bonus. I'd love to stay again.

Lovely building with a modern and friendly interior. In a beautiful Welsh setting.
It’s often difficult to find dog friendly hotels to my liking but this place is perfect and even includes complimentary dog treats.
Only downside was the heat but obviously out of the hotels control and a fan was provided.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a lovely dog friendly hotel.

We made a very late booking to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary after arriving in the UK from Australia. We were delighted to be upgraded by Sharon to a lovely room and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this lovely, tastefully decorated hotel. Our stay was made memorable by the warmth of all the staff starting from the receptionist to the bar and restaurant. We would highly recommend this hotel for a special and memorable holiday
Thanks again

Rooms were ok but very thin walls as you could hear your neighbours very well. The breakfast was quite disappointing. We also had dinner here once which was ok but very limited as they only offer pizza (very thin crust) and some charcuterie/vegetarian sharing plates. However the belgian waffle for dessert was very good!

Hotel from outside looks lovely. Good location for zip world. Inside the hotel very clean, rooms lovely.
Staff... young and inexperienced. From the off we had to sit and wait till exactly 3.00pm to check in. They couldn't see if are room was ready and check in early, that was far to much trouble. Argumentative staff, the waiter talked back to couple next to us at dinner when he rejected there cash. The food was not good. I suggest book a restaurant elsewhere. It was pizza night at the hotel for us on a Saturday, choice of 2 starters, 5 pizza's and 2 desserts. This hotel takes no cash. And max £45 on phone. So you have to have your card on you for chip and pin.

A lovely little hotel with fantastic staff throughout our stay.

We took our 15 month old son & our dog.

The facilities were great, rooms fantastic and every single member of staff were a delight to speak to.

I'd highly recommend staying here, as we'll certainly be going back soon.

Had a lovely stay, all staff are very friendly and helpful, with great information on the local area including places to eat and activities for the day. Rooms are of a high standard and a great breakfast included.

This place is a hidden gem!

If its scenery and peace you are looking for then you have it. But there isn't much else.

Having said that it's beautiful and deffo worth the stay. Rooms are good and the bed was comfey, room 10 has the best views so ask for that one. If we hadn't of had that room I would have been unsatisfied with the stay.

They offer a great breakfast and offer pizzas in the restaurant but that's all you can get and finishes at 8:30pm. They arnt that great either. They only offer pizzas at the restaurant and in my opinion if you only offer pizza then then pizzas should be good. They arnt.

Coop is within a 30 min walk down hill but back up isn't an easy treck.

Over all for a stop off on a visit throughout Wales it's a friendly and hospitable place that accepts dogs. I'd go back however the price is steep.
