Too many lovely things to say about this place! Elaine is the nicest host and really looked after us during our stay - she even lent us climbing gear when we were short and gave us freshly baked cake for our walk. The included breakfast is delicious and the rooms are the perfect cosy place to relax after a long hike up the mountain! Don’t bother shopping around, just go here and enjoy! Thanks again Elaine!

Elaine was a fantastic host and really made us feel at home, she even provided a vegetarian breakfast option and various milk alternatives. Such a lovely B&B in a perfect location, 100% recommend.

Had a brilliant stay here over the weekend! Group of 5 of us had 3 immaculate rooms, Elaine was a great host and breakfast was delicious every morning. Fantastic location, just a 10 min walk to the start of Mount Snowdon Llanberis path, but nearby bus stops to reach the start of other paths. Also a 20 min drive to Zipworld (longest zipline in the world and fastest in Europe - a must try!) 10/10 guest house and will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect host. Amazing cooked breakfast and home baked cakes (that keep coming). Clean and tidy rooms with crisp sheets and soft towels. View from the bed over the lake. And right in the centre of town. What more could you ask for?

Located at the centre of the village and snowdonia walking area, this B&B perfect. The breakfast is outstanding, the quality of the food and choice of fresh fruits are perfect. In addition all served by a really lovely and attentive host. I would return without hesitatation.

I had a fantastic two night stay at this great B & B in the middle of Llanberis High St. I can confirm that the other recent reviewers have been spot on with their praise for the charming hostess, the excellent cooked breakfast and the clean, smart room(s). I was welcomed with a cup of tea and a slice of fabulous homemade cake in the cozy lounge - like a home from home. There's a subtle sense of sophistication about this place; some guest houses can look and feel rather tired - this is not one of them. I had a view of the lake 100m away from my window. And with some off street parking, and a modest room rate, I shall not hesitate to return.

Elaine is a wonderful host with lovely touches that make you feel welcomed and looked after. We based ourselves in Llanberis to do the Llanberis path up and back to Snowdon. Elaine gave us advice to take an alternative route up and packed us off with homemade cake - she was right and the cake was amazing! Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
