Room was OK, but certainly not clean! Very dusty. Shower had good flow but ranged from boiling hot to cold. Restaurant - food was OK. Husband's scallops not cooked enough. We both had lamb for mains, requested pink. They arrived 50% fat, overcooked and the chips were horrible. I asked if they were frozen before I ordered and was assured they were homemade - they were, but I'm unsure what was done to them. Pale, hard and tasteless. The tin lid was when I attempted to add salt, the shaker may has well not had a lid - salt everywhere. Everything was average so I wouldn't really recommend it and wouldn't hurry to return.

Lovely place to sit out in the sun and have a drink. Breakfast was plentiful with choices of cooked, cereals, juice and yoghurt. Rooms in the building rather tired but slightly better in the Annex. We didn't have our evening meal there though due to reviews. We ate at The Ship just around the corner which was very basic but nothing wrong with it and the staff there very friendly

Great welcome from super friendly staff in a comfortable relaxed place. Good value food and drink. Breakfast was particularly good.Great place to stop overnight or to base yourself when spending a few days in the area

Excellent hotel and restaurant, friendly and professional staff. The food is very good, not just dinners but also the breakfasts. Large bedroom, unbeatable views of the church across the street (see pics). Come to Raglan to see the castle but make sure you stay here!

Stayed with my partner celebrating her birthday. The hotel is awesome, the location is great and the restaurant is excellent for food and service.

Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff but the Christmas special menu, whilst good value was disappointing small steak, very dry Salmon, goats cheese that was like leather and oily mushrooms. I probably would eat here again but on a quieter night.

I’d like to start by saying that an absolute Greek god of a bartender served me and my fiancé 2 beautiful pints Guinness, not only that he expertly picked out our new favourite flavour of crisps, as a result of this he is now invited to our wedding. The only however is some the clientele *cough* a certain Mr Ramsey *cough* that made us feel slightly uncomfortable due to his tables sub par opera singing

I've eaten here a few times and have always enjoyed my visit, the staff are all really friendly and has a great selection of drinks.
Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my last meal here, the pork belly was served on a bed of Christmas vegetables, the onion rings didn't go and the rind wasn't rendered so soft and chewy.
