I have no complaints about this hotel. It is in a really good location for a little seaside holiday. The restaurant was good and well placed. Tne staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed in our rooms and it was quiet.

Great location if you want to go for a beach holiday. It is located opposite the beach. Room was clean and staff were welcoming. I was very disappointed in the breakfast they had served. Hash browns all stuck together. Bacon was not cooked. We hardly ate it. We normally enjoy there breakfast. Apart from the breakfast, we enjoyed our stay.

Whilst it provides the same standard as any other Premier Inn, the staff are friendly, the location is good for both the sea front and the attractions and the car park is large enough to accommodate a number of guests. The hotel only has 2 floors so doesn’t feel overly crowded and given it is on the sea front, is surprisingly quiet overnight.

Excellent location, on the promenade at Rhyl with access to shops and beach within minutes. Friendly staff, good value and clean rooms. Well worth trying for short or long stays.

Nice clean rooms, just a little small for us. Only drawback was they were short staffed so room cleans and towels etc not done regularly, but we were emailed before so we knew what to expect. Just had to go to reception if we neede anything. Staff very professional, polite and very friendly. 100% return

Had a fantastic stay. Check in/out is really fast and easy. The room was perfectly clean and overlooked the ocean. Nice little details like really good blackout curtains and plenty of plug sockets, even a little bottle opener attached to the desk.
Really quiet and night and the bed is so comfy it's insane.

Usual Premier Inn, good room, comfy bed and usual quality you expect from Premier Inn, reception friendly and helpful.
The cookhouse restaurant was excellent food was cooked well and hot as it should be and staff friendly and helpful, service good efficient and welcoming.
Had breakfast the next morning and was again good service nice and hot, and good quality, I would recommend this hotel, as has a big carpark off the site about 5min walk if that.
Only negative was the WiFi wasn't working correctly dropping in and out so that's the only grumble..

I stayed here for Xmas 2021.
It's a Premier Inn.
The windows don't open.
I didn't eat.
Everything was fine.
It was good that the staff contacted me prior to my stay, to check if I would require any food / breakfast etc during my stay.
I declined room service.
Although extra complimentary tea / coffee / milk was available if requested, I was slightly disappointed to not be offered this when I declined room service.
It was quiet, I was not disturbed by any other guests during my stay.
It's a Premier Inn and it "does what it says on the tin".
