hard to find, on top of a really bumpy road and with no reception or internet. Nice area outside for bbqs and campfires, big common areas inside but less enjoyable due to the high humidity. Only two showers for 16 people, not ideal for group trips including exercise (e.g. hiking) or activities on the nearby lake.

Great fun place to stay, incredibly isolated, no phone signal, it's not the Ritz but that's part of the fun of it and it was very cheap, great place to get away to for a few days, ideal for mtb'ers looking for somewhere cheap to stay, couple of local built trails hidden round the lake too but with revs only 20 mins away the local riding isn't too much of a concern anyway
