Deep Clean Northampton - Sil All Services

Sil All Services have been cleaning the two communal stairways and landings of the small private bock for almost one year now and we cannot recommend them too highly. They are totally dependable and helpful. They have raised the standard of cleanliness in our communal areas to a whole new level- beyond compare with all previous cleaners. Recently they undertook a deep clean of all our stairway carpets and completely transformed them! Residents are thrilled.

We've used many other companies for start of tenancy/deep cleaning before but this was the only company that exceeded our expectation. The team was very professional and went extra mile to make the property look good. I would use their service again and recommend them to others too.

The whole process from booking onwards was very smooth. A team of 3 arrived punctually, did a very though job of deep cleaning after building works and really did manage to clear the dust from the whole house including innumerable books as well as cleaning carpets. Very pleased with the results and every moved to be cleaned properly but nothing damaged. Will use again for a major clean

We spoke with a number of companies, and Sil All Services was by far the most responsive / flexible we spoke with so we went for it. We weren't disappointed. Arrived on time, got on with it with no disruption to my day (i work from home so thought it might be an issue), and cleaned to a very high standard. We had gone for a deep clean, but now will be using them for regular cleans.

Uniqletts have been using he and her team at Sil All Services for almost 3 years now and they are by far the best cleaning company we have worked with. Their end of tenancy cleaving service is second to none and it’s their attention to detail which really stands out. he is also very professional to deal with making the entire process easy.

I booked a deep clean at very short notice for an end of tenancy and the result was significantly above expectations compared to other providers. I completely and unreservedly recommend this company for their promptness, quality of service, and meticulous attention to detail. I'm an extremely satisfied customer.

After doing a poor job with my end-of-tenancy cleaning I was told that a re-clean would be provided. The cleaners never showed up despite the company insisting that they had. I was not able to get my full deposit back from my landlord due to how bad the cleaning was.

Eventually the company agreed to provide a partial refund, but it has been several weeks and I still haven't received the payment.

The quality of cleaning and the customer service have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
