The night before we were moving out of our flat, we found the cleaner we had booked couldn't make it. I asked around to my friends for last minute referrals and heard sparkling reviews about Greenleaf Cleaning. I reached out late at night and Kristina wrote back so quickly! From the very beginning to end, she was incredibly responsive, helpful, thoughtful and detail oriented. I honestly don't know if I've had such amazing service since I've moved to London (I'm from the States)! She thoroughly confirmed every step of the process, delivered instructions to the cleaner within minutes, and was generally wonderful to deal with. The cleaner herself was equally as wonderful and when we got back to our flat, the place was spotless. My partner even asked how she got some parts of the bathroom so clean as he would spend a lot of time cleaning it when we lived there and couldn't compete :) 10/10 would recommend Greenleaf Cleaning to anyone. My friend who referred me has been using them for a few years and loves her cleaner and the company too!

My experience with Greenleaf has been great. They are a very professional company who kept in contact with me regularly to ensure the service was running smoothly. The cleaning standard was always to my satisfaction and if my regular lady couldn't make it a replacement was always offered. I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

We have used Greenleaf for a number of years for regular cleaning and and of tenancy cleans. They have been consistently excellent - always a very high standard cleaning service, the cleaners are professional and the company contacts are really helpful and responsive.

We have used Greenleaf for 2.5 years. They have always been very professional and clearly put their cleaners first, ensuring that they are paid appropriately.

Their fees are a little bit high for my liking, but it's worth it considering over that period we only had 2 great cleaners and they ensured when one cleaner left that our regular clean was taken over quickly and professionally. We also moved house and they arranged for our standard move to also come across to the new rental.

I was very happy with the cleaning, the lady was reliable, hard working and very pleasant. This is my 3rd time using Greenleaf and every time I’ve been impressed by the good and professional attitude of the cleaners.

I have been using Greenleaf for several years and have found them to be simply excellent. Our cleaner Olena has been with us since the start and has been absolutely perfect, very trustworthy and carrying out a very high standard of cleaning. We also had an end-of-tenancy clean when we moved flat and that was also brilliant. Comms is excellent and prices are competitive, the girls in the office are super lovely. Would recommend to everyone!

They worked wonders in refreshing an extremely old stairs carpet. Fixing the appointment was easy - they were helpful, informative and responded swiftly to emails.

The two lovely ladies who arrived to clean my flat took only one hour to transform it into a pristine palace and they did exactly as I directed in each room. Exceptional and excellent; I need never look for cleaners again!
