We had the lovely Dean come and clean our double oven, gas hob and extractor fan and what an amazing job he did! The oven looks like new, Dean did an amazing job and was clean and tidy throughout. We have now booked him for my parents oven clean and would recommend in a heartbeat. So refreshing to find a company that meets expectations....well done!

They put PROFITS OVER PROFESSIONALISM

I expected a thorough deep clean of the carpet throughout a 2-bed flat. I did not get a thorough deep clean, as per the 6-step process on the website. Instead, it was a sloppy service, which was over in 20 mins. Not a thorough deep clean at all. So disappointed! There were so many missed areas which had crumbs in the corners and mess by the entrance door because George had not done the pre-vacuum prior to or post 'clean'.

When I complained, Luke said that the pre-vacuum is done at the 'cleaner's discretion' and that the 'case is closed', like I was in court. There was no effort to satisfy me as a customer and resolve the complaint by offering a re-clean, especially of the missed areas. They have 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' on their website, but that's not true! I was told two different prices from George and Luke ahead of the 'clean', this showed inept about their own business prices.

I do not recommend this business at all. Don't make the mistake I did, instead, try 'Trust-a-Trader' or 'Check-a-trade' where you'll be protected when jobs are not done to the customer's satisfaction AND as advertised.

I had my oven cleaned on Monday. I couldn’t be happier with the results, it looks brand new! Completely forgot to take before and after photos but I’ll definitely be using this service again. Such good value for money and I thought it would take much longer than it did.. they were flexible and understanding of school run times aswell! I would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had my second oven with emperor and they were fantastic my oven is like new. They are prompt professional and have a sense of humour. I would thoroughly recommend them. Well done guys

I moved into a house where the previous owners had pets. Had to get rid of pet hair, pet wee etc.
It was very easy to get a quote and a date booked in. This company is very responsive to emails and phone calls.
George was professional and friendly.
The carpets were vacuumed, cleaned and smell lemony fresh 🍋
Very reasonable prices.

Wonderful clean of the arms of my sofa which were really badly stained from everyday and I also got my carpets and stairs cleaned which now look lovely and fresh. The man was very friendly and polite and trustworthy as I had to pop out to collect my kids and I had to leave him to lock up. Will definitely be using them again.

I had an oven clean. They have been here before and always do a fantastic job. They are friendly, trustworthy, thorough and I wouldn't use anyone else. Their booking system is really easy and you can do it all online and I think their prices are really reasonable. Love the new loyalty scheme too. Definitely great customer service
