Cleaning Mel London

Avoid at all costs. My partner asked them to professionally clean rental property, cleaner turned up without necessary cleaning equipment. Mirrors only cleaned up to head height, dust on wardrobe hinges, skirting boards. Washing machine drum and dispenser not cleaned. Hair still in bathtub and cobwebs still hanging off light fixtures. When I made complaints to management, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily, they took a part payment and did not finish the job. I now have to find an alternative company/cleaner to finish the job at additional cost to me.

Avoid this company at all costs for end-of-tenancy cleaning!!! They increased the price by more than £100 on the day, bringing it to almost £600 for a 4-bed flat. They did such a poor job that the new tenants complained to the landlord as they thought the place hadn’t been cleaned at all. As per other reviews, this was definitely Cleaning Mel London (51 Globe Road) and the booking was in my housemates name (as they’ll likely claim I wasn’t a customer at all). Pay attention to the dodgy responses to all of their reviews and use another company.

Do not use their professional service cleaning or end of tenancy clean. The cleaner didn’t arrive on time or with the right equipment. She missed so many areas. Overall I do not recommend this company. Really poor service. Just to confirm it is for the Mel cleaning company based on 51 Globe Rd therefore please do not claim that this feedback is for another company.

I have used Mel Cleaning to clean rented property after tenancy, the job was spotless, carpet in the house looked very fresh, kitchen cleaned that I have never seen before and especially cooker with owen were shiny, spotless and looked like new. I would definitely recommend these professionals as they were punctual, friendly hard working ladies.

I have used Mel Cleaning for my carpets and sofa and was amazed by the outcome. I was thinking of replacing them but the result was beyond my expectations. They have saved me a lot of money if I had to change them. Definitely recommend them.
