Youve Been Cleaned

This is the second time I have used YBC for an end of tenancy clean. Darryl and his team are polite, courteous and do a fantastic job. The place is spotless and the efficient service is highly recommended.
If you are at the end of a tenancy or are a landlord cleaning for a new tenant (I have used them now for both) they really are the best.

Darryl and his team of 5 thoroughly cleaned my flat when I moved out and even wrapped paper strips round the toilets to say they had been sanitised. Darryl was great to deal with and very polite. Highly recommended.

It has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish, Darryl has been an amazing communicator and made every effort to accommodate our wishes. I have received constant updates and as I could not be there he has sent me before and after photos of the work. I have recently used Darryl and his team for a deep clean for a house move and they fantastic. Having had a couple of quotes YBC were the cheapest but very professional. The house was a bit of a mess but but YBC left it immaculate. They also cleaned the oven and it honestly looked new. I even had a message from the new owners to say thank you for leaving it spotless! Will definitely use them again.

We unfortunately had a poor experience with this company. We had agreed to meet at 1 at our property for our end of tenancy clean. I emailed the night before to confirm the date and time. The day of the clean, I receive a call from the company informing me they have arrived at our property. I was taken away from work in order to answer this. The man was not very nice at all and actually asked me to leave work to go and allow them access. I informed them I could not do so and I would be there at 1 as agreed. 1 came around and we received a call from the company saying they would be late and could not confirm a time they would be at the property. After waiting half an hour, our neighbour thankfully came home and agreed to take the keys and allow access when they arrived. I emailed the company informing them of my poor experience, they proceeded to argue with me repeatedly, saying they gave us plenty of notice about the change in time. Would not recommend at all

Darryl and his team worked wonders on my single oven. It was unfortunately pretty bad but now it looks brand new. I'd recommend them to anyone. A Polite & friendly team. Fairly priced for the work done and efficient.

I had an awful stain on my sofa - hardened nail varnish, the sofa is cream and it was right on the middle seat! YBC came out efficiently and arrived promptly (which to me is always a good sign of professionalism) I can't believe the stain is gone! I asked a fair few questions about the products/methods and they answered all of them confidently - they know their stuff!
The team were friendly- I would definitely recommend :-)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with You've Been Cleaned. After about a month of attempting and failing to book an after tenancy deep clean with another firm that a friend had recommended, but who hardly ever responded to messages and, when they did couldn't even give a straight answer in terms of prices or dates, I gave up and found YBC via Google.

In stark contrast, dealing with Darryl was a really brilliant experience and a breath of fresh air, and within half an hour of sending the first enquiry, we had exchanged several emails and booked it all in for a very reasonable price.

Darryl is a fantastic communicator and is brilliant at responding to messages. Most importantly, he and the guys did a really fantastic job on the property, the bathroom and kitchen in particular, which had been heavily used for nearly nine years, literally look like new.
