Nathan has been a fantastic help for me, in carrying out the difficult task of clearing my father's bungalow, and getting it prepared and presented for sale in the best possible condition.

We'd travelled down from Yorkshire to clear my in-laws bungalow and we were totally overwhelmed by what needed doing. I phoned Clear Thinking and Nathan came round the next day and was able to start the job in a few days. He and Chris worked tirelessly, working on the garden and 3 sheds the first day and inside the bungalow on the following day. We couldn't have done this on our own, there was far too much to do and we wouldn't have known how to dispose of some of the items. Clear Thinking are fully licensed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I can highly recommend- they were so helpful in clearing my mothers flat and garage at quite short notice too. Very efficient and thorough- even looking out and finding an old photo that we wanted to keep but had been unable to find.
Photos sent on completion of job and keys returned to the estate agents. I live sone distance away so great to be able to find a trustworthy company who gave a very reasonable quote and stuck to it while doing a great job & keeping me informed every step of the way!

Great job clearing out my mothers' house. Willing to address everything needed (difficult items removed, turned off water supply for washing machine) and kindly kept an eye out for items we had been unable to find as well as leaving items requested by buyer. Sympathetic that this can be a difficult time and helpful advice on what usually done for clearance. Quote was good (my friend paid almost as much just for skip hire to do clearing herself on similar house). Nathan and team arrived promptly and completed to time (on a tight schedule). Most importantly, most stuff went to charity or recycling which is nice to know. I've never used clearance before but highly recommend.
