When recently, my partner's father sadly passed away, we needed to have the house cleared. We found Steptow's website and liked the service they were offering, seeming ideal for our needs. Colin met with our family, at the location, and was very helpful and assessed the situation in a professional manner. Deep cleaning and garden services were also offered, which we gladly accepted. All this work has know been completed, at a fair price, and we are extremely pleased with the result.

After losing our mother we engaged Steptows following a recommendation from our estate agents.

Living over 300 miles from mum's house we were concerned about trying to arrange a house clearance from this distance & at a time convenient to us as we could obviously not be at the property at a moments notice.

Would thoroughly recommend Steptows. They are professional, friendly and get the job done well. I used them for my parents' house clearance and they were able to take everything from old mattresses and beds to small ornaments. They are either going to dispose of, recycle, give to charity or sell depending on condition. Really helpful as I could never have done all this myself. Fair price for the work involved for them both on the day and afterwards. They also support local charities which was a bonus.
