Cupid Removals and Surrey Move Management

Cupid Removals came to our rescue when we had to move quickly just before Christmas after another company cancelled our booking. We are glad that this happened after all as Cupid, and particularly Ian, took away all of the stress and just managed it for us.
The move itself went very smoothly with efficient and friendly staff and was excellent value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others

I can't recommend 'Cupid Removals and Surrey Move Management' enough the team were fantastic, from the initial consultation, Cupid took care of us.

The day of the move, the team arrived bright and early and started almost immediately. They took every precaution to make sure that the property and items wouldn't be damaged.

They did this by laying protective mats on the floors as not to damage the carpets; they also came with an armoury of protective packaging for any item should we need it. When loading and unloading the vans, the guys were rapid but always took care not to damage anything.

I can't recommend 'Cupid Removals and Surrey Move Management' enough, the team went above and beyond on the day to make sure that the stress of moving house was non-existent.

We we moving from Surrey to Somerset at the start of the lockdown. Pickfords who I had paid a 50% deposit to just cancelled on us with a 2 line e mail a week in advance. Cupid agreed and did a superb job for us which stretched their resources to the limit as we had a 2 day delay between completing on our purchase. Anyway Ian and his team managed it with no losses or damage and I would recommend them to anyone.
Use a local team rather than a national one and they wont let you down.

Highly recommend Surrey Move Management. The day before the move the ladies cam to help with the packing and in a few hours managed to pack what we had not managed in weeks! The day of the move Ian and his team helped with the move. They were polite and helpful and made our day less stressful.

Ian and his team were absolutely amazing in helping us move recently. They were really flexible, very helpful and on the day were very prompt, calm and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company whatsoever. My house move was becoming more and more stressful due to changing completion dates, and having recently lost my father, it wasn't a great time. I was eventually given a weeks notice of my completion date and Ian and his team came to my rescue. Ian was very kind and reassuring throughout the whole process and I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The girls came in to pack for me and did a great job. On the day of my move, Dale and his team did a fantastic job. Really friendly and professional and the whole loading and unloading went very smoothly. I honestly can't thank the team enough for making the whole moving experience a lot less stressull than it could have been. Well done guys!
