To clarify your description: This is NOT a hotel or a care home as such. It's a block of private Extra Care Flats. There are amenities such as restaurant and hair salon which ARE open to residents, visitors and nearby residents. BUT Extra care flats are rented by local, mostly elderly, people who have extra care needs. There are 24 hour carers and a housing manager (office hours) on the premises.
