Somers place is a pleasant residential site. It is maintained by Anchor Hanover and a local manager. The residents association have helped to mitigate the poor financial management of head office. Local residents often fighting against ground maintenance guys have improved the gardens in last 2 years. A convenient place for local amenities including many walks e.g. Gatton Park.
