Contacted sovereign re repairs to garage we rent. We have paid monthly for years and frankly it is not fit for purpose. BUT they have no record of us apparently so where has our money been going? Promised contact within a few days, 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. I have lived here for 40 years and the only repairs they have done are a few new doors. The roof leaks, the facia is off.
