Terrible. I live in an upstairs flat and the boilet stopped working and developed a leak. Pobl had an answer message saying they would not pick up calls for five days.

I went through Delta Wellness who didn't pass on messages to PH Jones. In the end as I was worried about the leak affecting my neighbour downstairs and had no heating or hot water in December for five days I had to go to my MP who was brilliant. PH Jones were brilliant too and horrified when I explained.

My neighbour has been very noisy since moving in a few months ago. Again, no reply from Pobl. I've contacted my MP again.

It's a shame to see so many similar experiences on here. Please contact your MP to get any matters resolved as Pobl do nothing.

Been put in a flat where the majority of the "flatmates" would only speak to other tenants sharing the same nationality, and no one else at all since they understood each other better, making it difficult for me/a few tenants to communicate with them even about important things like not to use the entire fridge/freezer, not to take other people's food out, etc. Misused food waste bins which attracted flies and maggots, the warnings sent by POBL didn't seem to affect them in any way. Rather, they had a morning tea party in the kitchen with friends from elsewhere...Had to wait weeks for those using the smaller kitchen to leave so I can use the fridge there, and not experience flies everywhere.

Requested to move to another flat despite there being many empty rooms but was refused to.

Would have been better to scatter them in different flats rather keep them concentrated within one flat which gives a few a disadvantage in a way that had it harder to find others to communicate with, also to give a brief description of what the tenants of the allocated flats are like, otherwise it is just like a lucky dip, where some people have a better/worse experience with who they are allocated with by default, that they can't choose.

I'm sorry but the least they could do was to put me in another room, or even to briefly describe what the tenants of the flat is like, but they refused. It was a bad experience, but thankfully it lasted only for a month.

Hate having to call for repairs as their record for answering was 4 hrs after I was cut off an hr before they eventually called me back to be told there's bigger emergencies, baring in mind I had water leaking through my window for the second time and was firstly told I must be mistaken there's nothing wrong when in reality there was damaged and incomplete filler all around the window. They up the rent but make it mind numbing to speak to someone in person and just par you off

Terrible with communication, on going repair with them. On the 5th day without bath/shower. Family of 4 with a 3 year old and 6month old baby. Disgusting.

2 weeks now without a bath/shower. Had to send a letter to get anything done, terrible company that obviously doesn’t care about children’s well-being. Can understand why they have such bad reviews.

Ive been with them 5 months. Always helpful and any repair has been fixed within 24hrs. My house is safe and secure and so is my peace of mind. Friendly staff and lovely home. 1 star lost as it can be challenging getting them on the phone and most things are automated. I prefer to speak to people than do everything online

Ive been struggling with my accommodation for months and have received no support from the landlords. Upstairs neighbour is so loud I cant sleep or study and despite evidence and complaints from other people NOTHING has been done. If you have anxiety I do not recommend living with Pobl as they dont seem to take mental health issues seriously! They respond to emails about paying rent but continuously ignore emails with concerns for my wellbeing. :(

Pobl is a awful landlord I went with no hot water or heating for almost a full week. Reported it as an emergency repair. According to them the repair was logged an passed over to PH Jones. Kept phoning them struggled to get through even to the emergency line (out of hours). When PH Jones finally arrived I told them what pobl had said about their company, an the engineer said that he'll be having a word with his manager be careful with pobl housing stay safe evrryone

Absolutely useless. No emergency number. Been ringing for 2 days about an elderly neighbours, boiler being broke. No hot water or heating and you just can’t get through. Absolute waste of time
