Do not recommend renting with these. Most of the properties are mice/rat infested and covered with black mould. When asked to fix the problem they dont want to know they expect you to phone the council to sort it. As long as they have your rent the property condition is ignored.

Very poor customer service and management. No one can hold of them or they are ignoring mails and phone calls.

Lived in a v2c flat befor never had a problem, no damp all repairs done, now wanting and trying to move back, flats empty inwhitch I could apply for, in the area I want cf311tx cf311ts just waiting for them to come on the bidding site, ANY KNOW HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET A FLAT AS BEEN ON THE LIST FOR 11 MONTHS

Poor staff, poor workmen, Poor management, plaster fallen off walls in front room. Back in April 2022 we logged the damage with V2C and tried booking in repairs. December 2022 theyve still not repaired and try booking repair for next year. So we insist we get it done this year b4 xmas. Plasterers that turned up and very where cocky and arrogant to a point i didnt want them in my home. Kicked furnishings, left a mess and took 5 days to plaster 1 room. This is the professional job of V2C

Reported a electrical wire which is warm over 3 years ago, thier solicitors and mine along with their surveyors agreed thar work needs to be done, had a call off a bloke called Sam today who refused to give his second name, forcing me to have a electrical test done Tuesday, I have reported the wire loads of times they send their electrical boys out and they say this shouldn't be like this but there is nothing on their system to carry out the work, everything is recorded but all v2c do is lie and say I'm threatening their worker, but they always want me to knock my cctv off when they come which I never do,recording don't lie you have put my life at risk for years and your to lazy to rectify the problem which your workman did

When I moved in they asked me so many questions I thought i was under investigation since then they seem as long as they get there rent on time your good to go….
