Took them two and half weeks to fit a bathroom. The painter managed to get white paint on my pine doors, when i asked him to get the paint off he asked me for some white spirit and when the plumber came to fit the bath he was left on his own to remove the old cast iron one. He had to smash the cast iron bath and in doing so he cut his leg open so i had to call an ambulance and he was taken to hospital.

Over 2 years to replace a window
Promised replacement last May 2021 now even worse see image 2 taken one year apart.
Shocking communication. They have zero compassion for their tenants.
To be honest i guess if you don't live there then you just don't care.
I could also add the guttering pictures i have which are full of debris and the down pipe causing damp issues, Which they blatantly lied about doing last summer. Not to mention the flooring tiles they were due to replace last year also due to it being a trip hazard.

Up your game Osborne Property services. I would expect to be out of business if i ran my company like yours.
Copy emails and dates of scheduled works and images available should you choose to get of your backside and do some work.

Was left without cold running water for 5 days as they could not be bothered to take 8 minutes from start to finish to fix the job on 3 separate occasions. The staff are incredibly rude and love to blame and fob off the customer anyway possible.

I won’t even give them 1 star rating
10 people over 5 days to fit a shower,
Left with wonky shower, scratched bath where they let the tiles drop in the bath
Missed matched tiles, shower leaking and now has plumbers tape on( which the now is void of the warranty) drilled through my bathroom and straight through to my hallway they didn’t even have to drill anything as the holes was already there🤷‍♀️🙈
Now lost count of how many times I’ve called them, only to be told today that I have to email them with a complaint , ask to speak to a manager or supervisor or inspector and none of them are available
So will call the council’s insurance department and see what they say and I will also contact the papers
Some of the workmen who come out were so rude😡😡😡

A simple call to say they will be there in 10 minutes would really help, but no this is too much to expect of someone. When you are in full time you simply cannot be expected to sit at home all day and wait for someone to come. A call before hand is a reasonable request!!!

Phoned the Emergency repairs this morning 4/11/2021 as my 83yr old mother had water gushing out of pipe in Bathroom ! I don't know who on earth answered but was told to phone Monday as they could not do anything until then ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!
