John Smith House

The worst ever!!!!!! I've been kept in this hostel for a while I've called and called emailed yet no replies! I have a new born baby they've just ambandoned us in the smallest room ever!!! I have to bath in friends house with my child cause I can't use the bathroom here or the toilet cause it's shared with countless people! Don't get me started on when I go in johnsmith they never make you feel welcomed they threatened me and my child with POLICE AND SOICAL WORKER LIKE IVE COMMINTED A CRIME CAUSE I CAME TO THEM FIR HELP!!!!!! This isn't fair! I've called my case work countless of times he doesn't seem to care about me and my child since we managed to be given a room in the hostel!!!!! I have been asking for my case to be reviewed and to be given avoiding number!!! They refused this isn't fair

Staff are very rude ...they dont resolve anything they dont care because they have a home to sleep and people dont so they laugh behind backs ...awful service the authorties needs to inspect that place they have turned thier lines off

They are extremely unhelpful , the review rating here speaks truth. i honestly thought they were being helpful at first but over time sunken they wasn't doing anything at all. nicest thing i can say is they spit in your face with a smile

They send you to dagenham library to go get assistance with form filling, but when u arrive at the library you are told that there is no form filling service here due to the strict updated data protection laws. John Smith staff are clearly lazy and disgruntled! and cannot be bothered to undertake job duties to which they are assigned.

Why no one gose to solicitor and get help with them so many negative reviuws wath you have done to change your situation solicitors can help if you been neglected. Dont forget they herress the people and even if you report herresnemt to police all they do they dismiss them from work on full pay and you cry here without giving a try for going to court with them

Police of Romford station sent me there yesterday . Ladies in reception treated me without mercy and no pity even they knew that I am pregnant woman in 8th month and victim of domestic abuse and i didn't sleep more than48 hours and i was very hungry. They let me in street and don't even give me glasse of water .one of them she just said I can't do nothing for you because you have no right to be here really I feel racism because I'm not British. If you don't have humanity in your heart, don't work in humanitarian organizations.

The service is a racket, a cartel, a rip-off service, a well-oiled and organised business between John Smith House and LBBD to impoverish the poor and perpetually keep them in debt while pretending to 'help' you to doom and ignominy.

The Bedsits are full , and same with hostels. the woman told me there isn't no Room even at John smith House Rooms, single people and families will wait decades for a place now. word of warning don't expect help here even at any London council Housing Homelessness unit with this covid19 crisis things will get much worst please don't expect help it's NOT Barking and Dagenhams fault
