Cowboy developers. Terrible quality building, still waiting for snagging (lived here 1.5 years already). No responses from developers. Avoid this company at all costs.

Be prepared for a very long wait, well past the due build date. They conveniently blamed Covid for much of the delay, but the reality is that builders were still working for most of the time.
