Pathetic garbage maintenance. The place where we need to go everyday is an open invite to diseases.

Lovely place to live

The company that maintains the commons areas (RMG - Residential Management Group) is a joke. The gardens were supposed to be looked after from time to time but it never happens. They blame "Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)", but in the end if the third party is not doing its job, why don't you replace them? This has been dragging on for quite some time.

Apart from that, the lifts are constantly breaking down and the garbage maintenance is very clunky. The food waste dumpsters are nasty as hell!

Beautiful views towards the City from the northside Tower and second to none location for East Croydon station, very convenient.
