Brilliant experience buying my first car. Jonathan made the process as smooth as possible and explained everything clearly prior to me buying. He kept me up to date on where the car was and provided a really detailed demo on handover. Was a great service and would recommend Jonathan and Wessex in future.

All the arrangements were carried out in a timely fashion and then finished off with a mini valet before I collected the car.

Brilliant customer service and standards set by Jonathan and Megan. Although there was a delay with the car I ordered Jonathan and Megan were able to source me a car before the car I ordered had even been built. Car came immaculate and was given a full demo by Jonathan - even in the rain. Great team and would highly recommend.

We visited the dealership when searching for a used vehicle, Jonathan the sales executive was welcoming, friendly and professional from the start. We found a suitable car with his help and we were more than happy to purchase it. When we arrived off the street without an appointment or anything we were made to feel valued and there was no pressure to buy at all. Megan in the back office helped us with a few minor hiccups and the the car was collected on the agreed date and time, without a hitch. This is how buying a car should be.
