Terrible service!
They had my car on warranty for two weeks and I had to chase several times for an update. I then asked on 3 occasions what had actually been done to be told, I didn’t need to know as it’s all on warranty! I then rang again after collecting the car as there was a hot/burning smell to be told that it’s to be expected with the work that’s been done, how would I know?! when I still don’t know what was done! I was promised a call to be told what was done. That was nearly two weeks ago. Still waiting!!
