Unico Gelato & Caffé

We walked passed this place and it was packed inside and out with a long line (good sign, must be good). After 30 mins or so we went back there was less people but still a queue.

My friend has the vanilla cheesecake, strawberry topping and I had the salted caramel gelato there was only a little bit left so they allowed me to get another topping, added the banana and chocolate.

One word delicious! Staff super friendly even though they was busy and really quick/efficient with our orders so we didn't wait too long.

Usually a bit busy but worth the wait! Variety of ice cream flavours & cakes & portions are very generous. Really clean inside & seating outside for those sunny days. £3.50 for one scoop in a cone which is pretty reasonable. Defo coming back!

Worthy contender but doesn’t deserve superlatives earned by likes of 3BIS. We bought 8 ice creams and asked for only 2 samples but these were barely the size of a small fingernail. Small portions and cones not particularly flavoursome (think supermarket wafers). Not particularly impressed by product or service. Lack of competition is on their side

Perfect gelato! So creamy, so authentic! I had the pistachio one and my friend the passion fruit - absolute best the two of them! Will pass by and try all the other flavours.

Absolutely delicious gelato, milkshakes, cakes and more always with super friendly staff and quick service.

Love their Hazelnut Bacio ice cream it's so good.

I've been a loyal customer since 2015. I would take all my friends and family there and recommend it to everybody because I thought it was the best gelato in London. However, after purchasing a selection of flavours in October, I was disappointed that there appears to be a change in the recipe. The gelato seemed to be diluted with more milk products--making it less flavourful and thin. I also didn't see the usual people working there and wondered if there had been a change in ownership. Whatever is going on, I wish that they would return to the original recipe or I will have to find another business to support.

Stopped by on a walk in nearby Regents Park. Loved the gelato here - great flavours, really creamy texture. Really good gelato! All flavours are good but we particularly liked the pistachio, bacio and raspberry sorbet. Vegan options available. Sidewalk dining available.

Ice cream was nice, but not sure who approves the playlist. Some annoying russian rap music not of the best quality played during our visit. You can also feel the smell of the toilet inside.
