Cadwaladers

Fantastic service and friendly. I messed up on my cold coffee order and it was all handled with smiles and helpfulness!! I used to get treated to Cadwaladerd ice cream in Criccieth some 40+ years ago. Service hasn't changed. Fantastic 😍

Thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream burger, it's well worth trying! Both the vanilla ice cream and biscoff sauce / crumbs tasted delicious with the brioche bun. Staff here were also amazing and very welcoming to us, many thanks to them 😄

The ice cream burger is delicious!! The staff were extremely kind and went out their way to give us a great experience. The lotus flavour in the burger is great and the bun is a beautiful combination with the cream.

I'll be coming back for more!!

Dissapointing, was really looking forward to Cadwaladers, having been to other branches on our last visit to Wales. Obviously not enough or untrained staff. Table not clean, menus dirty. It was a hot day but it was absolutely freezing inside, A/C is great, but there's a limit... Some of us ordered paninis, some ice creams. The ice creams took ages, the others had finished their food a while before they arrived. Knickerbocker Glory looked good, sadly didn't taste as good.

I think we went to Cadwaladers on a day they were rationing ice cream. Flavours are amazing but the portion sizes were absolutely ridiculous. So overpriced for what we had. I’ve never seen anyone so meticulously scoop out ice cream the way the staff did to ensure you’re not getting an ounce over the utensil. There was more cone than ice cream. Really disappointing.

I recently visited Tenby for the day and decided to try Cadwaladers.
I'm glad I did, as the coffee was delicious and I had the pleasure of being served by Tara and Mia. They were extremely pleasant, friendly, very attentive and they made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
I will definitely go again when I'm next in the area.

Excellent flavours and excellent service. Went 2 days consecutively and they recommended the combination of flavours. Absolutely brilliant and very satisfied with the combination of flavours. The vanilla, butterscotch, ripple all was superb.

Firstly the ice cream was stunning but the experience was not great. Despite 4 members of staff in they seemed to have someone new on the till but we’re not really offering him any help at all. He got my order of 2 ice creams wrong and I had to go back 3 times before I had the correct item.
I waited over 20 minutes to get to the till to place my order despite only 5 customers in front of me. The experience today was awful and many customers were not happy. Also shouting at customers when entering that they are closed despite advertising open until 5 pm today (02/01/23)
Hopefully they will improve their service and friendliness.
