Great service.

During the covid pandemic, the staff/owners have worked really hard to ensure social distancing and customer comfort despite the distancing requirements.

Now that things are more or less back to normal, the service is even better

And a wonderful product, too. There is a wide range of flavours, including several vegan options that are delicious.

Well worth a visit.

Absolutely delicious.. We travel 45 mins each time we come on holiday to have more yummy ice cream... Sometimes twice in the same trip!!

The best ice cream I have had in Wales period. The selection is quite incredible and you can also buy tubs to take home in a cool bag which will keep it frozen enough for 3 hours. But it tastes so good I'd be surprised if the tub makes it home.
Highly recommend and as good as oakchurch if not better.

Good range of vegan ice cream! The raspberry ripple was a bit too sweet for my liking, but it paired well with the hazelnut swirl. The Biscoff one was probably my favourite. There were also 3 sorbets but I didn't try those. The portions were huge - I ordered 3 scoops but what I got was closer to 5!
My only issues were that the red cord "accessible" toilet does not touch the floor (goes about halfway down), and the mirror is really high up and very small (I'm 5'6ish and could only see my face in it) so it's completely useless for a wheelchair user (and uncomfortable for anyone that's not 5'6).

This was a pleasurable experience that we enjoyed very much, and would love to go again whilst visiting Brecon. There was a large variety of flavours, and the ones we tried were delicious and creamy. The serving people were very polite and helpful, the shop was in a basic format, but the exterior was nicely decorated. The seating inside were uncomfortable to sit on and there were long queues (because it was so popular). The toilets could be cleaner and better maintained, but the fantastic ice cream makes up for the defects.

HUGE ice cream portions. The kids had to (reluctantly) dump some of their ice cream to be able to eat the wafer, there was so much! Loads of flavours. Very creamy, even I quite enjoyed it and I'm not an ice cream fan at all. Entrance situation is a bit confusing and we used the wrong one, but seemed to get away with it (!). Could do with another tap somewhere for sticky ice cream hands.

Solid choice for ice cream, definitely deserves 5/5. I was absolutely stuffed after only having 2 scoops! They are very generous portions.

A vast array of flavours you will not have come across before. All the ice cream is made in-house and very well-executed. Very tasty and creamy. Definetly worth a visit if you are in the area!!
