My first time ice skating, it was a grate experience has my dad usually comes. Staff were fine, parking is free you can leave a donation if you want, location fantastic good views it’s really hard if it’s your first time so I had a penguin to assist me. Will definitely be heading back as they say Practice makes perfect.

Very nice place to watch the ice hockey. Great facilities and friendly staff. They have mixed gender toilets so don't be surprised.

An excellent place, needs a good refurbishment though. But don't let it put you off going there. Has a great ice rink.

I brought my kids to have some fun and physical activity today. This is a beautiful place for kids to have some fun on the ice rink, and the people are friendly and supportive.

My kids r 5 and 4 years old, it was their first time, first half an hour they had fun, but then got tired and wanted to change their snowman ⛄ and penguin 🐧 for another one where they could sit and not push. We had good fun, but probably will wait another few years till kids get ready, so we adults can have some fun too and not only pushing kids 😂🥰

I was lucky enough to attend the performance of Rapunzel on ice at the Alexander Ice rink which was billed as an amateur production but it was far from amateur, the cast were faultless in their production of a complicated and thoroughly enjoyable thrilling Christmas musical on Ice, I was there with my friend from the suburbs family, alas she was not there with me as she in hospital but I relayed her photos and comments on her granddaughter's performance, the ice rink is larger than it looks and be it comfortably accommodated the entire cast throughout the very entertaining evening despite being confined to a hospital bed my friend from the suburbs could appreciate how well her granddaughter Lillibeth did within the musical, It's a shame that Alexander palace is so overlooked as a place for a night out considering it's historic past and once you enter it's magnificent interior and see what a splendid venue it really is to spend an evening I am happy to say that I had a wonderful evening there and I am longing to spend more time there again and as a lifelong photographer Alexander palace and it's magnificent park is one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of taking photographs.

Booked a private session for my daughter's first ice skating experience. Not extremely organised as ww had no instructions where to. Extremely the teacher and everyone I asked would say sth different. After finally finding her teacher, quite frustrating as there was no secluded area for beginners and everyone kept bumping on to her.

Well maintained ice rink, well managed. Good number of aids for children of different ages.
