My husband and I found PICS - Arif and Sadia- through Google. I immediately called them to enquire on the prices and the process of applying for my Spouse visa. I felt very comfortable talking to Arif on the phone and asked my husband to call him as well. Afterwards we decided we wanted to meet Arif and Sadia in person, to make sure we wanted them to help us through this long and complicated process.

Meeting them in person was great- Arif provided us with a plethora of information in regards to the visa process. We wanted to get it expedited and they were very helpful! When we went to pay for our application and book a same-day appointment, we weren't able to get one right away but Sadia made sure to check everyday and as soon as one became available, she called me immediately and we were able to get an appointment.

Prior to us leaving for our appointment, both Sadia and Arif double and triple checked all of our documents. Arif told us that they don't give any papers or application until they are absolutely certain we won't get asked any questions or get a denial. And they were right! We were at our same-day appointment for about 3 hours and were not asked any questions.

Arif and Sadia were amazing people to work with. We went with other solicitors for my fiance visa but Arif made us feel very comfortable, and unlike others, PICS doesn't ask for a crazy fee. Afterwards, he gave us advice on how to prepare for our next visa in 2.5 years. We will definitely be coming back!

Arif is an excellent and super helpful solicitor 100% recommended for any immigration issues, big thumbs up. However, Sadia the other partner in the business not very helpful at all, not a good listener, does not listen to the requirements which gives the impression that she is only interested in straightforward cases, very much a case of picking low hanging fruit and avoiding any work. I can't blame her for wanting an easy life, business done ok and laziness sets in.

If you have an immigration issue ask to speak to Arif it will still ensure they still get the business (because he is actually very good, straightforward and honest) whilst you avoid wasting your time with more lazier of the partners.
